HR Specialist

TurnKey team is growing fast and worldwide! We have 150+ employees located in Ukraine, Romania, Poland, and Latin American countries. Currently, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join the TurnKey team and play an essential role in building and scaling the HR function worldwide.

We continue scaling remote software development teams for more than 10+ US-based startups among them are Headspace, DIIB, MiResource, Salad, R1, Sertifi, Shippo.

Joining our team your will be focusing on:

– Coordinating and administering day-to-day employee life cycle functions including on-boarding, off-boarding, adaptation and orientation programs, career development and promotion process, performance evaluation process, etc. for different teams and locations;
– Together with Company Founders participating in forming the corporate culture, defining and promoting the mission, vision, and key values of the company;
– HR Administration: maintaining personnel information, employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR-related documents according to the country region. Keep up-to-date HR database. Work with HRIS;
– Compensation and benefits: Administering a wide range of employee benefits according to the countries;
– HR analytics: provide monthly HR reports and keep tracking all HR data
– Manage the HR budget and other financial measures;
– Closely working with employees (conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings), identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining an overall positive atmosphere in the teams;
– Supporting managers in building and optimizing HR function in their teams, provide consultations;
– Developing and implementing different HR initiatives across the counties
– Organizing the company’s various events (online, offline if needed), workshops, team buildings etc.

Required Skills:

– Ukrainian speaking πŸ’›πŸ’™
– Ideally 3+ years of experience as HR in IT companies;
– At least an upper-intermediate level of English is a must;
– Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills;
– Strong verbal and written communication skills;
– Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, tools, and technologies;
– Strong time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently;
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload;
– Skills in conflict management;
– Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects independently and simultaneously, be well-organized;
– Ability to identify the IT market trends, opportunities, and threats and their influence on the HR sphere.Personal competencies:
